Dr. Gandhi joined South College School of Pharmacy in 2011.  After receiving his Bachelors in Pharmaceutical Sciences in Mumbai, India, Dr. Gandhi received his M.S. in Pharmacy Administration at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Policy at the University of Florida.  Dr. Gandhi is an outcomes researcher whose areas of specialization include pharmacoeconomics and health-related quality of life measurement.  He is particularly interested in the economic evaluation of health care technologies and developing solutions to the problems in assessing patient-reported outcomes.  His academic career before joining South College includes participation in a post-doctoral fellowship at the Rutgers University.  He has taught health-related lectures at the Rutgers University and was a teaching assistant for several courses at the University of Florida.  He has presented numerous posters at International Conferences and published articles in peer-reviewed journals.  Currently, he is conducting projects using modern measurement theory to address methodological and practical issues in the areas of patient-reported outcomes and HRQoL measurements in different populations.
