WAC Writing Contest Winners Announced

Congratulations go to several South College students for winning first and second place in the 2009 South College Writing Across the Curriculum Writing Contest.

First place in the Fiction category went to Kim Garrett for her work entitled Unfamiliar Territory. Second place in Fiction was awarded to Chris Measley for her contribution Distractions.

In the Non-Fiction category the first place winner was Sherry Phillips for her work entitled Getting Ready for the Ride. The second place winner for Non-Fiction was Lacey Crisp for Tunnel Vision anda third place award went toJared Irish for his non-fiction effort Empty Inside.
